Ted Ramirez is an information security professional specializing in the areas of information risk management and information security development and implementation. At present, he is the practice leader for IT Governance and Information Security Management System (ISMS-ISO 27001). His responsibility includes handling all information security consulting projects and ensures that they can be certified against the ISO 27001 standard.
He also handles development of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM/ITIL-ISO 20000), Business Continuity Management (BCM-ISO 22301), Payment Card Standards (PCI-DSS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS-ISO 9001).

Bam Ramirez

Chief Operating Officer

Bam Ramirez is an experienced Strategic Analyst specializing in the areas of Top-level Project Planning and Management. Her responsibilities include managing and facilitating periodic corporation strategic sessions, wherein the end result will be an entity:
- Whose market presence is of maximum impact
- Whose product line and/or services are physically present and/or available in all areas of the country
- Whose representatives, delivers the perfect pre-sales and post-sales support and service to the market
